Internships

When you join Swagelok as a summer intern, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable career experience.  During the 12 weeks you’re with us, you’ll work on real projects that bring what you’ve learned from the classroom into the real world. You’ll hone your communication, project management, and collaboration skills and have exposure to various job functions across our business through informational sessions and hands-on learning experiences.   

Who We Hire

Students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology and Business or Operations Management. You'll also need:

  • To be currently enrolled in an accredited university
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA
  • To have completed one year of curriculum

Co-Ops

Designed for engineering students, Swagelok's co-op program is a multi-semester rotation where you'll have the opportunity to explore numerous functional groups and locations across Swagelok. You'll jumpstart your career development by exploring the full depth and breadth of engineering with a leading manufacturer while developing your technical skills and expand you professional competencies in areas like organizational awareness, agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Who We Hire

Students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering. You'll also need:

  • To be currently enrolled in an accredited university
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA
  • To have completed one year of curriculum

Career Development Programs

During this three-year rotational program, you'll gain hands-on experience and develop leadership skills. Each rotation, lasting 12-18 months, will have you focused on key projects that make lasting impact across our business and provide you with exposure to various functions and operational areas.

Throughout your experience, you'll be guided by experienced professional, mentored by cross-functional team members, and have support in navigating career development, business challenges, and growth opportunities. Upon program completion, you'll have explored various parts of our business and have the skills, experience and confidence needed to further your career.

Who We Hire

Graduating students currently pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business or Operations Management. You'll also need:

  • A minimum 3.0 GPA

Engineering
Whether you pursue leadership or technical engineering within Swagelok, you’ll build a strong foundation for engineering in manufacturing and explore critical operational processes, industry-leading technologies, and cross-functional collaboration-- shaping your expertise for impactful careers.
Operations
You’ll focus on supporting day-to-day operations at manufacturing, assembly, and processing facilities; learning how operations fit within Swagelok Production System. A key focus is driving continuous improvement while supporting processes, training, and associate development.
Supply Chain
Through business-critical assignment, you'll gain experience in areas  such as planning, operations, sourcing, service, and analytics.
