Position Summary:
Our Manager, Talent Acquisition Pipeline Programs identifies, creates and sustains the various talent pipeline engagements and community relationships. This role is  responsible for creating and maintaining our overall talent pipeline roadmap.  This role will lead a team of program specialists to foster relationships, operationalize critical talent pipelines and measure success.  Key success factors for this position include  balancing creativity, internal and external collaboration, attention to detail, and meeting overall  expectations for a portfolio of roadmap initiatives. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Creates the systems and methods used to drive continuous improvement within Operations Talent Pipeline and Sourcing
•    Partner with leaders  to develop department objectives that support overall talent acquisition strategies.  
•    Creates and maintains an overall roadmap for all talent pipeline engagement and utilizes cross functional teams and direct reports to execute.  Focus Areas include High School engagement and program expansion, Veteran outreach and proactive engagement, Multicultural Diversity planning and expansion, Technical School program growth and expansion, and innovation of new pipelines and relationships
•    Leads staff and cross functional teams to achieve the stated project deliverables and objectives 
•    Directs resources toward the application of standard and advanced approaches and technologies to significantly improve processes and / or systems.   
•    Recruit, motivate, and develop a professional, high performing staff.  Emphasize the equal importance of business results and Emotional Intelligence competency development. 
•    Ensure department wide familiarity and adherence to Talent Acquisition and broader human resources practices and procedures.
•    Leads through expertise for continuous improvement, problem solving, systems thinking and project management.   
•    Remain current on market trends, economics, best practices, and the needs of the business.
•    Collaborates with colleagues/customers and leverages customer knowledge to co-develop solutions that provide high value

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements


•    College or university BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources strongly preferred and 4+ years of leading large corporate projects. Will consider 7+ years experience in a closely related field leading large corporate projects in lieu of degree. 
•    Thorough understanding and application of talent acquisition, community engagement and relations. Demonstrated advanced implementation of problem solving techniques.  

•    Expert knowledge and insight of the theories, methodologies, practices, and procedures related to project and risk management 
•    Fully capable of understanding and analyzing data trends
•    Demonstrated ability to drive, lead, and influence complex projects.  
•    Advanced problem solving and decision making ability 
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills in daily practices.  
•    Demonstrates broad general business acumen.


•    Previous experience in community engagement, program development and implementation
•    Formal training / certification in project management
