Positon Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process, which includes effective recruiting and hiring procedures that will result in attracting and retaining the highest qualified candidates... This position will require collaborating with HR Business Partner team and Hiring Managers to support Swagelok’s internal and external talent acquisition needs . The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner ensures recruitment processes and partnership with the business is consistent across all functions within Swagelok. He/She communicates agreed upon SLAs upfront, to ensure the hiring team understands expectations and deliverables.
Essential Duties & Responsibilites:

- Consult with Leadership and Human Resources to effectively plan and execute recruiting processes that support achievement of strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with Human Resources associates in developing supply and demand models for different markets.
- Partners with functional HRBPs and leaders to strengthen knowledge of functional groups and proactively support current and future business needs. Responsible for modeling internal and external labor market to help accomplish talent goals.
- Source candidates using tried and true methodolgy but also invest in creative strategy
- Continuously works to improve current staffing strategy and process by identifying, evaluating, developing and implementing industry best practices and tools.
- Engage in outside networking events and organizations which will foster an awareness of Swagelok.
- In partnership with External Communications department, implement Employment Branding Strategies to attract passive job seekers. Stays current and participates in the professional community through industry groups, technical affiliations, or strategic interactions with vendors.
Demand/Requisition/Pipeline Management
- Develop strategies to ensure opportunities to distinguish the company in the marketplace in order to attract talented individuals maintain diversity and broaden the reach for hiring great talent.
- Participate in succession planning process to identify and build awareness for internal pipeline
- Leverage data judgement to help guide the business and determine pipeline needs and whether roles should be filled internally or externally.
- Recommend and install processes and tools that streamline and improve the overall effectiveness of Talent Acquisition while focusing on the creation of an exceptional candidate experience
- Develop and implement strategy that improve recruiting capabilities through marketplace knowledge, candidate feedback and selection decision-making.
- Establish metrics appropriate to gauge the effectiveness of talent acquisition, beyond the traditional time-to-fill and cost per hire.
- Builds and maintains pools of qualified applicants (“pipelines”) reducing time to fill.
- Initiate behavioral phone screens, determine eligibility, recommend candidates for movement through the interview process.
- Where necessary, identify vendor selection recommendation, recruitment process and key performance metrics for the search.
- Provide regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Manage tracking methods for open requisitions and generate staffing reports for HR Operations team.
- Utilize and manage advertising agencies where appropriate.
- Help support Swagelok’s DE&I initiatives to attract a diverse workforce to the company by presenting a slate of diverse candidates to hiring managers and hiring teams

- Create innovative approaches for developing a pipeline of high quality candidates across all business lines.
- Participate in corporate projects as needed.
- Develop expertise on organization data and deliver specific information and actions based on data insights to functional groups
- Leverage data an analytics to anticipate roadblocks and problem solve the challenges
- Capable of working with cross-functional teams to meet overall business recruiting goals
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Education:
BA/BS degree required
Experience:
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including full life cycle recruitment for multiple business disciplines
- Demonstrated experience success recruiting candidates at every organizational level including executives
- Effective interviewing skills and familiarity with various employment selection processes
- Demonstrated experience with pro-actively sourcing candidates via internet, networking, database mining, social media and cold calling.
- Proficiency in use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Knowledge/experience with “best practice” recruiting programs/initiatives
- Manufacturing experience preferred
