This project manager role is responsible for leading supply chain critical projects supporting strategic business objectives leading to improved availability, scalability and profitability. As the project manager, you will be an informal leader of a cross-functional team, responsible for the ideation, planning, and execution of these projects, ensuring business value is created and delivered.  


Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:  

  • Responsible for delivering project scope on time and on budget. 
  • Lead cross functional teams to develop project plans using standard or agile project management methodologies.  
  • Manage project schedule to critical path, project costs to budget, and project resources to capacity to create the desired project and business deliverables.  
  • Lead the management of all project documentation and provide regular and accurate status updates with attention to details 
  • Lead cross organizational efforts to deliver a consistent customer experience for project management and delivery. 
  • Ability to quickly connect and build relations across multitude of leaders, across the organization, and with other outside business partners.  
  • Develop & proliferate repeatable, internal tools & templates to assist with scheduling, budgeting, tracking & managing projects 
  • Lead the management of external business partner activation activities including implementation schedules, design reviews, change requests and contingency spending approvals 
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, & escalate issues quickly & effectively 
  • Maintain, manage and close-out project punch lists in a timely and cost-effective manner 
  • Lead reviews of the “lessons learned” throughput the project 
  • Assist with ongoing continuous improvement activities and solicit feedback on project activation performance 
  • Develop and execute hand off strategies to supply chain and operations planning team at the achievement of project deliverables.  
  • Takes initiative in group and team discussions, recognizing the value of diversity of opinion 
  • Demonstrates ability to operate effectively, independently, and within teams 


Required Education/Experience:  

College or university degree typically required or equivalent work experience that has provided 3+ years of leading departmental projects 



  • Has in-depth knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures related to project management 
  • Capable of understanding and analyzing data trends 
  • Solid awareness of industries served and product applications 
  • Capable of performing effectively with limited supervision
