Position Summary:

 

Our HRIS Manager is a strategic leader and internal business partner to the HR function. You bring a passion for technology and the technical savvy to enable a big-picture visualization for the co-creation and execution of our HR Technology Roadmap. Help guide, drive and define the long-term roadmap for our HR systems by delivering functional excellence to propel our overall talent strategy.  


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Directs a team of HRIS analysts to administer HR systems that support the full employee lifecycle
  • Manages system upgrades and new releases (e.g. SuccessFactors, Kronos)
  • Drive the global implementation of additional SuccessFactors modules over the next few years.
  • Coaches and develops the HRIS team to build a high performing and fully engaged team
  • Manages relationships with HRIS vendors: Works with vendor account teams to ensure true partnership and support, partners with IT to manage licensing agreements
  • Leads the HRIS roadmap defining how systems will be leveraged in the future to fulfill our talent strategy. Recommends to senior management how the HRIS footprint should change, expand and develop globally
  • Acts as primary liaison between Information Technology and Human Resources
  • Manages and develops policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Administers budget
  • Oversees all HRIS reporting relevant to our Human Resource programs
  • Responsible for managing a highly performing HRIS team of project managers/analysts
  • Approximate # of direct reports (if applicable) – 3-4
     


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Prefer education in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources, HR Information Systems, or Information Technologies
  • Experience with implementation and enhancing SuccessFactors products
  • Demonstrated experience managing information systems to support business processes
  • Demonstrated experience directly managing a team of people


Preferred experiences:

  • Extensive experience managing information systems and data integration. Analytical ability to determine how to optimize systems and data to support business processes
  • Working knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile implementation methodologies and formal project management methodology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening, with ability to effectively communicate with all levels, understand user needs, and offer suggestions to improve their requests.

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
•    Physical requirements associated with normal office working environment. 
•    Ability to operate standard office equipment.
