Position Summary:

Support the DSS department and Global Knowledge Center (GKC) with various projects, tasks and initiatives to further enable the Sales and Service Centers as we further develop the GKC infrastructure and Knowledge Sharing Communities (KSC)


Job Description & Responsibilities

This position will support the Global Knowledge Center  by understanding clearly defined processes and the GKC infrastructure to improve efficiencies in the Knowledge Sharing efforts and Community administration. The DSS intern will help to create instructions, materials and standard work to support growth and ensure consistency across the different Knowledge Sharing Communities and internal processes. The intern will have opportunities to engage with multiple departments by participating in creative working sessions to design and build additional infrastructure and tools to support the Knowledge Center.

Responsibilities will likely include project support, research, metrics development and other related data as needed Intern will also be responsible for creating documentation and materials to support  on-going activities.

This position will require Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:



  • Minimum of a sophomore year in a Bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree program in Business – Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing or Human Resources.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0


  • Prior internship experience is preferred
