Summer 2022—Available Roles:

Operations Leadership 

Front-line operations leadership positions offer a fast-paced and fulfilling career path for veterans looking to continue their leadership journey. Support a skilled workforce and play a critical role in achieving safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals. 

Lean Leadership 

The ability to adjust, adapt, and look at the bigger picture is essential in lean leadership positions. Lead strategically aligned, organizational-level change to drive continuous improvement and efficiency and mentor lean subject matter experts. 

Project Management 

Leading a team of associates to meet critical business objectives requires collaboration, creativity, and confident communication. Project managers use their skills and an array of tools to manage projects in areas ranging from new product development to supply chain optimization. 

Talent Acquisition/Recruiting 

Finding the right people with the right skills for the role is essential for the organization’s ongoing success. Engage in networking events, build relationships with hiring managers and outside agencies, recruit qualified candidates, and expand awareness with veterans. 

Sourcing/Supply Chain 

Sourcing and supply chain roles can be a natural fit for veterans with experience in logistics, planning, or contract management. Associates build supplier relationships and execute projects related to forecasting, inventory, capacity, and labor to help ensure we have the materials and capacity to manufacture and deliver our products to customers around the world.  


Working in product, quality, manufacturing, and service areas of the business, Swagelok engineers are committed to solving customer challenges and ensuring high-quality processes, products, and solutions. 

Quality Control 

The Swagelok brand is rooted in quality. Associates in quality control help support our brand promise, using proven technical methods and problem-solving skills to develop quality processes and tools. These roles offer great opportunities for veterans who have served in a maintenance or technical role in the military to continue to use and develop their skills.

The Swagelok Veteran and Military Resource Group has made it their mission to make Swagelok an employer of choice for veterans. A network of skill sharing, professional development, and mentorship focuses on helping veterans, active reservists, and national guard military members succeed in the civilian workforce.
