Building a Sense of Belonging at Swagelok

Our IDEA (Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity in Action) Council and working team help foster a sense of belonging.

Global IDEA Council

The Global IDEA Council advances DE&I strategies at Swagelok. Members act as change agents, create opportunities for feedback, promote cultural inclusivity, and recommend strategies that meet the organization’s needs. The council supports and guides the IDEA Team and the associate resource groups.

The IDEA Team

A team of associates from across the company promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion through conversations that move everyone from awareness to action. Our goal is for every associate to bring their whole, authentic selves to work.

Supporting the Inclusion of All Associates through our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs)

Through our resource groups, all associates enjoy a sense of community and personal and professional development.

Personal and professional growth are at the heart of the Swagelok Women’s Network

Our Veteran and Military Resource Group offers a mentoring program, plus social and community outreach activities. In 2019, Swagelok received the Above and Beyond Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve for providing additional, non-mandated benefits.
