Community Involvement and Social Impact

Our values inspire us to be a leading corporate citizen.

Our associates impact their communities through donations, fundraising, and volunteer activities.

  • Our associates support an annual holiday giving drive that offers hope and help to families through local charities
  • Our workplace matching program doubles associate donations to organizations of their choice
  • Our executives serve on the boards of more than 70 non-profit organizations

“Seeing the pure joy on the faces of these kids—their big smiles—is the greatest gift. Every time we engage with East Cleveland on these efforts, our hearts are filled with gratitude that we’ve helped brightened the lives of neighbors who need a lift.”

Gary Plona, Production Supervisor, and Volunteer, East Cleveland Holiday Gift Drive

“Working alongside colleagues brought us closer together as a team, and the output of our time together was service to others. It was such an incredibly productive and humbling experience. The beauty of Habitat for Humanity rehab projects is the opportunity to work alongside the people you’re ultimately helping. By the time we reached the ribbon-cutting ceremony, it felt like we were helping a dear family member.”

Paul Riley, Strategic Account Manager, Global Sales, and Volunteer, Habitat for Humanity

“I Walk for Pink for my grandmother, a survivor 25 years ago, she taught us that no matter what happens in life, tomorrow will be better. Be resilient. Be grateful. Stay kind. And, for her, I Walk for Pink.”

Katie Harding, Service Specialist, and Volunteer, Susan G. Komen

Our charitable foundations and trusts donate $5 million to charities each year. Swagelok partners with charitable organizations in our communities.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Swagelok donated $100,000 to nonprofit organizations and approximately 20,000 respirator masks to health care workers.
