Starting with a competitive pay package, you're eligible for an annual merit increase*. Your increase is based on your performance. Plus, our no-layoff philosophy helps protect your income. *Must be a Swagelok associate as of September 30 (of prior year) to be eligible.

Retirement Savings

Each year, you can receive retirement contributions from Swagelok of up to a maximum of 10% of your eligible pay from a combination of the ESOP, 401(k) match, and variable contributions. The ESOP gives you ownership in the company, so when Swagelok does well, your ESOP funds grow too.

Health Care Savings

Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

  • Swagelok makes quarterly company contributions to your HSA or HRA that help you pay eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses
    • An additional “earned” contribution from Swagelok is made to your HSA/HRA if you (and your participating spouse, if applicable) complete a wellness activity
    • Enrollment in a contribution-eligible high deductible health plan is required for both base and earned contributions
  • You can make personal pre-tax contributions too (HSA only)

Flexible Spending Accounts
